Established in the year 2022 and located at Taraori, District – Karnal, Haryana (India), we are engaged in milling, processing & supply of finest qualities of Basmati Rice in the form of Raw, Steam, Sella/ Parboiled & Golden Sella Rice to worldwide. Al Quddus Agros ( OPC ) Pvt. Ltd is a USFDA-approved and SFDA-registered partnership company, holding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER & FSSAI certifications as well in production and supply.

We have a well-equipped hygienic rice mill with a final production capacity of 150 MT per day/ 7500 MT per month from 03 automatic production units. The units are equipped with advanced processing, quality control, packaging and warehousing units which work in close coordination to cater the rising needs of our clients across the globe

We also have excellent 25,000 MT storage facilities, which allow us to stock rice in high quantities & under hygienic conditions which further helps us in the timely delivery of consignments. Aiming at client satisfaction and guaranteeing the finest quality in every grain, we undertake stringent quality checks and ensure they meet the international standards.

We export the finest Indian rice to Europe, the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Erbil, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Australia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey, Libya, Syria, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and many more countries. Import Procedure

Verbal Communication – A formal discussion by phone, in person, or chat is arranged to understand your specific requirements

Quotation & Order Confirmation – We will send the best quotation based on FOR, FOB, or CIF to the buyer, and the buyer confirms the order.

Proforma Invoice Issuance – The buyer provides company details for the proforma invoice, which is then raised and sent to the buyer for review, stamping, and return with a signature.

Advance & Artwork – The buyer transfers the advance payment via direct bank transfer or issues a letter of credit as agreed and provides brand artwork for printing.

Processing & Dispatch – Once payment or LC is confirmed and artwork is received, bags are printed, rice is packed, and goods are dispatched from our mill to Mundra Port. The shipment is customs cleared and loaded onto the scheduled vessel.

Shipping & Final Payment – After the cargo is loaded, scanned shipping documents are shared with the buyer. These include the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Insurance Certificate and Lab Test Report (for pesticide-free rice). Any additional certifications or legalization are charged extra. The buyer completes the remaining payment, after which the original documents are either couriered to the consignee or surrendered to the shipping line.

Delivery at Destination Port – The buyer takes delivery of the cargo at the destination port using the original or scanned documents along with the release order.
